Ms. He, General Manager of Chengpin Technology,personally organized a review and training session covering the business and technologies of inductance coils and transformers yesterday. Taking this opportunity, we gained a comprehensive understanding of the company’s business scope. Centering on our thrEe established business segments: medical equipment, motors and radars, we conducted in-depth research on several booming emerging tracks including low-altitude economy, artificial intelligence and embodied robots. We sorted out the matching points between our existing products and these new sectors as well as viable business directions for implementation. Meanwhile, we reflected on our cognitive limitations and compiled this personal learning review. Previously, I mainly focused on conventional electronic devices such as wireless chargers and display screens. This review encouraged me to break away from inherent thinking and explore new tracks for our company’s products to tap into new business growth drivers.
To be honest, my previous understanding of Chengpin Technology’s inductance coils and transformers was relatively narrow, confined to our mature businesses including medical devices and wireless chargers. In daily work, when coordinating tasks and understanding product performance, I always followed the established business framework, resulting in rigid thinking and a lack of initiative to explore more application possibilities for our products. However, this review made me clearly realize that inductors and transformers, as fundamental core electrical and electronic components, feature strong universality and wide application scenarios, far beyond our traditional business sectors. Currently trending fields such as the low-altitude economy, artificial intelligence and humanoid robots present excellent opportunities for us to break through existing business bottlenecks and achieve revenue growth.
Combining this learning and sorting work, I analyzed the matching degree between our products and these three emerging tracks, which turns out to be highly compatible with broad room for practical application.
First of all, the low-altitude economy sector. Civilian unmanned aerial vehicles, low-altitude flight equipment and aerial logistics devices are undergoing rapid development. Such products have clear requirements for core components: lightweight design, low power consumption, stable operation and strong anti-interference capability. Having long supplied coils and transformers for radar and precision motor applications, our products fully meet such stringent operating conditions with high precision and strong anti-electromagnetic interference performance. They can satisfy core demands of low-altitude equipment including power supply voltage stabilization, signal transmission and flight attitude control. Our products are applicable to both small civilian drones and professional low-altitude operation equipment, granting high feasibility for us to enter this track.
Secondly, the artificial intelligence sector. AI smart terminals, computing power devices and various intelligent control hardware impose strict requirements on circuit stability and signal purity, which rely heavily on inductors and transformers for voltage regulation, power supply, filtering and anti-interference. With years of deep cultivation in precision medical equipment, our products have been verified by the market in terms of stability, safety and precision, boasting prominent reliability advantages over ordinary universal components available on the market. We can develop customized component solutions tailored to the demands of AI supporting equipment to precisely meet high-end client needs and capture niche market share.
Thirdly, the embodied robot sector. In recent years, the commercial application of humanoid industrial robots, service robots and special operation robots has been accelerating. The power joints, sensor modules and intelligent control systems of robots all require miniaturized, highly sensitive and durable coils and transformers. Our years of technical and manufacturing experience in precision motors and miniature medical components enable our products to well fit the lightweight, high-precision and high-stability requirements of the robotics industry. In particular, our precision drive coils and compact voltage-stabilizing transformers have laid a solid foundation for cooperating with robotics industry clients and realizing commercial implementation.
While recognizing promising market opportunities, I also clearly identified my own shortcomings. First, my knowledge of emerging industries including the low-altitude economy, artificial intelligence and robotics remains superficial. Although I have a general idea about product applicability, I lack in-depth understanding of industry-specific standards, parameter specifications and core client pain points, making refined business connection impossible. Second, I am deficient in innovative business expansion thinking. I tend to rely on mature existing businesses passively, seldom taking the initiative to research market trends and competitor profiles in emerging sectors, which leads to insufficient forward-looking vision. Third, I rarely conceive customized solutions for new industries and cannot quickly deliver implementable proposals tailored to new clients and application scenarios.
To address these deficiencies, I will take targeted measures to improve my professional capabilities. First, I will proactively acquire industry knowledge of the three emerging tracks, focusing on technical standards, performance requirements and client pain points in each sector to consolidate my industrial cognition. Second, I will match our product strengths with segmented scenarios in emerging fields one by one, and sort out actionable product adaptation strategies and business cooperation plans. Third, I will communicate closely with colleagues from the business and technical departments to discuss directions for product optimization and customized iteration, so as to provide practical support for the company’s layout in new industries. Last but not least, I will stick to regular work reviews to abandon rigid thinking, embrace new market opportunities continuously, and gradually improve my capacity for market judgment and business expansion.
This review has greatly broadened my business horizons and helped me fully recognize the huge market potential of our core products, which are not limited to traditional businesses but have enormous room for expansion in emerging tracks. Going forward, I will fulfill my daily job duties earnestly, translate what I have learned into practical work results, leverage our product strengths, seize opportunities in emerging sectors, and actively support the company’s strategic expansion. On the basis of consolidating our mature businesses in medical treatment, motors and radars, I will assist the company in successfully entering the low-altitude economy, artificial intelligence and embodied robot industries, facilitate diversified business development and drive sustainable revenue growth.
